Smile Education is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic HLTAs and Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants to support SEN schools and specialist provisions across Central Birmingham.
This role is ideal for experienced SEN support staff who are passionate about inclusive education and making a positive impact on pupils with additional needs.
The Role
Provide classroom support for pupils with a range of SEN needs.
Deliver targeted interventions and 1:1 support sessions.
Support pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD and communication needs.
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation.
Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.About the Schools

Excellent SEN support teams and leadership.
Well-resourced classrooms and specialist facilities.
Accessible Central Birmingham locations with strong transport links.

HLTA qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Previous SEN support experience preferred.
