Responsibilities within your new role as Bar and Waiting Staff
As part of the Bar and Waiting Staff team, you will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Your primary focus will be to create a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will guide them through the menu, answer any questions, and offer recommendations. You will attend to customer needs, ensuring prompt and attentive service, from taking accurate orders to delivering food and drinks.

Your experience, qualifications and personality
We are looking for warm and approachable individuals who are dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, responsive to guest needs, and capable of managing their time effectively to handle multiple priorities. A strong team spirit is essential, as well as the ability to collaborate and enhance overall team performance. Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury setting is highly desirable.
