Are you an experienced Fettler looking for a long-term opportunity within a busy manufacturing environment?

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fettler to join a growing production team in Nottingham. This role is ideal for someone with previous fettling or finishing experience who takes pride in maintaining high quality standards while supporting production output in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

Carry out fettling, finishing, and assembly activities on manufactured components

*

Support production teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

*

Use hand and power tools to remove excess material and improve component finish

*

Inspect components to ensure quality standards are maintained

*

Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve any issues

Requirements:

*

Previous fettling, finishing, assembly, or manufacturing experience

*

Ability to work within a fast-paced engineering or production environment

*

Good attention to detail and quality standards

Package:

*

£14.50 - £16.00 per hour dependent on experience

*

40-hour working week

*

Rotating shift pattern:

*

6am – 2pm

*

2pm – 10pm

*

24 days annual leave plus bank holidays

*

Overtime available paid at enhanced rates:

*

1.5x standard overtime

*

2.0x Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and Bank Holidays

*
