A well established and dynamic Cost consultancy are looking to add ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their team near London Bridge Station.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for running projects from concept to completion across a range of sectors, Heritage projects with a smaller commercial sector, mainly high-end residential projects, and restaurants

Alongside having your own projects to run, the new Quantity Surveyor will help an Associate with pre and post contract roles including attending progress meetings independently and contract administration.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Ideally MRICS
Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Good pre and post contract knowledge

£55,000 - £65,000
