Work Strata are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a rapidly growing distribution centre based in Sheffield. Due to increased demand, our client is expanding fast and looking for reliable, motivated people to join their team.

Whether you’re looking for full-time hours, part-time shifts, or weekend work, we have flexible options to suit you — with permanent roles and career progression available for the right candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Picking and packing customer orders
Processing and repacking items
Sorting and organising incoming parcels
Working accurately and efficiently
Following health & safety procedures
General warehouse duties
No two days are the same — this is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a modern warehouse environment.

Shift Options AvailableChoose a shift that fits your lifestyle:

Night Shift: 00:00 – 09:00 (40 hrs/week)
Back Shift: 13:00 – 21:00 (35 hrs/week)
Day Shift: 08:00 – 16:00 (38 hrs/week)
AM Shift: 04:00 – 08:00 (20 hrs/week)
PM Shift: 16:00 – 20:00 (20 hrs/week)
Weekend shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.96 – £20.00 per hour (Higher rates available depending on shift)
