HGV 1 Driver - Part Time

MKD Recruit are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers on a part time 2-3 days per week regular basis working out of Whittlesey

The client and us can use you on a 2-3 day basis, early starts of around 04:45 to 05:45, with 1-2 drops per shift, typically finishing around 14:00 hrs.

Responsibilities:

* Operate a curtain sided HGV Class 1

* Plan routes effectively while adhering to legal driving hours

* No handballing or unloading, you litterally drive and pull curtains.

* Conduct daily vehicle inspections

* Operate the proof of delivery EPA system properly (training given)

Requirements:

* Valid UK HGV Class 21driving licence

* Up-to-date CPC and DIGI Card

* Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience

* A reliable and punctual work ethic

* A maximum of 6 points (Must NOT include: IN10, DD, DR or DG)
