Bidford-on-Avon | Permanent | Monday–Friday | Up to £42,000 DOE

Are you a highly skilled Paint Technician with a passion for perfection?
Do you take pride in delivering flawless finishes on prestige and luxury vehicles?

This is your opportunity to join a specialist automotive team where craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail are genuinely valued. Working on exceptional vehicles in a high-quality workshop environment, you’ll play a key role in producing show-stopping finishes that meet the very highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an experienced Paint Technician, you will:

Carry out full vehicle re-sprays and high-quality paint repairs
Prepare and apply primers, basecoats, lacquers, and specialist finishes
Work confidently with a wide range of paint systems, including:

Water- and solvent-based paints
Clear over base paints
Solid and two-pack paints
Metallic and three-stage pearlescent finishes
Matte lacquer and specialist coatings

Ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop with a flawless finish
Identify and eliminate defects such as runs, tear-backs, imperfections, or contamination
Complete quality inspections and sign-offs on all panels and components
Maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance at all times
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with genuine pride in their work.

You’ll ideally have:

Extensive experience in whole vehicle spray painting

Previous experience working on prestige, high-end, or luxury vehicles
Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
A team-focused attitude with the ability to follow detailed work instructions
Good understanding of Health & Safety, C.O.S.H.H., and environmental procedures
