Full-Time Cleaning Operatives Required – Cannock

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operatives to support operations at our Cannock site.

This is a full time opportunity working 5 nights per week within a busy operational environment. Successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across multiple welfare and communal areas on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of all designated site areas
• Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Cleaning and sanitising heavily used welfare and toilet facilities
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Cleaning communal areas and welfare facilities
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly
• Reporting any maintenance or health & safety concerns

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Whilst the role will follow agreed working patterns, some flexibility will be required around operational peak periods, particularly during Bank Holidays, Christmas, and Easter, where additional cover or increased cleaning frequencies may occasionally be required.
