A growing healthcare technology company is looking for a practical, hands-on engineer or technician to support the maintenance, testing and deployment of a specialist diagnostic instrument.

Working as part of a small and friendly team, you'll help assemble equipment, diagnose faults, replace components and support testing activities as the product moves towards commercial launch you’ll require a min 1yr commercial experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with equipment and taking a hands-on approach in a laboratory and R&D environment.

What you'll be doing:

* Instrument assembly and maintenance

* Mechanical fault finding

* Product troubleshooting

* Testing and quality control activities

* Working with external suppliers

* Supporting users and stakeholders

* Biomedical equipment

* Scientific instrumentation

* Electronics servicing

* Mechanical assembly and test
