Salary: up to £46,800 per annum plus company van and Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 per week with available overtime. Shifts - 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm. Once fully trained, the role will form part of the on-call rota for emergency calls out of core hours and at weekends.

Location: Mobile across Chichester and surrounding areas (Bognor Regis and Midhurst)

What you'll be doing:

Inspection and testing.

Maintenance and repair of all building fabric, boiler maintenance, electrical works including fault finding and repair.

Compliance with all company QHSE standards as a priority.

Supervision/interaction with contractors.

Daily meter readings and security checks.

Update and adhere to the PPM schedule.

What we're looking for:

Electrically qualified (Minimum City & Guilds) with proven electrical maintenance experience.

Must be able and willing to respond to callouts within the 30 minute contractual deadline.

Basic plumbing skills and exposure to commercial building maintenance.

Inspection and testing Qualification or the willingness to complete it within the first year, funded by Veolia.

Strong knowledge of Health and Safety / IOSH Managing Safety.
