Personal Assistant / Events Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of the business. This is a fast paced and varied role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, communicates professionally, and is willing to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
Managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently
Coordinating and organising meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes where required
Screening and responding to emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Liaising confidently and professionally with clients, venues, suppliers, and stakeholders
Coordinating travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, and itineraries
Handling confidential information with discretion
Providing general administrative and operational support Additional Duties - when required
Assisting with the planning of events
Supporting event schedules, artist liaison, and venue coordination
Communicating with suppliers, promoters, and event staff
Supporting marketing and promotional activity where required Requirements
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional and confident manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders
Flexible attitude with a willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when required
Passion for music and live events is advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence essential Personal Qualities
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proactive and able to work independently
Reliable, adaptable, and solution-focused
Calm under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills
