Electrician (Maintenance)
Location: Bishop's Stortford (with daily travel into London)
Salary: £46,800 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Employment Type: Full-time, PAYE
The Role
We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join a growing team, carrying out maintenance and reactive works across high-end residential and commercial properties in London.
This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You'll be handling a mix of small jobs, callouts, and short projects rather than large-scale site work.
You'll be based locally to Bishop's Stortford, collecting materials and travelling into London daily using a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical work
Fault finding and repair of electrical systems including lighting, power and distribution boards
Attending callouts and completing small jobs and short projects
Conducting annual and interim testing where required
Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
Travelling between client sites across London
Collecting materials from the Bishop's Stortford office and delivering to site
Occasional collection and drop-off of tools What We're Looking For
Fully qualified Electrician (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience in maintenance and/or reactive works (rather than new-build/site work)
Strong fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Based within approximately 30 minutes of Bishop's Stortford
Comfortable travelling into London on a daily basis
Professional and personable approach (client-facing role)
