A leading building services and facilities management company is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its growing team covering commercial sites across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with excellent earning potential, paid travel time, and ongoing career progression.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, servicing, and fault finding on a range of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Package
* Salary up to £50,000 DOE
* Door-to-door travel pay
* Monday–Friday role

* Overtime opportunities

* Uniform, tools & PDA provided
* Training and development support
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain, and repair AC systems across commercial properties
* Carry out reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis
* Work on:
* Split and multi-split systems
* VRV/VRF systems
* AHUs and ventilation equipment
* Complete PPMs in line with compliance requirements
* Produce accurate service reports and job updates
* Deliver high levels of customer service on site
Requirements
* F-Gas qualification essential
* Proven experience within commercial AC/HVAC maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and servicing experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication and organisational skills
