Fabrication Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Knitter / Fabrication Machine Operator to join our team in Blackburn.
In this role, you will operate knitting machines, monitor product quality, and ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain weft insertion knitting machines
* Load and thread yarn on creels and machines
* Carry out quality checks and basic maintenance
* Identify and resolve fabric defects
* Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow production specifications
* Basic math and data entry skills
* Experience with machinery or textile manufacturing (preferred)
* Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Shift pattern : Three-shift rotation.
Shift hours :
06:00-14:00 /14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00
30 mins paid break on each shift hours
Pay rate : £14.97 per hour (including shift allowance )
