Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission based on percentage of turnover

The role of the Business Development Manager – Crane Hire & Contract Lifting
will involve:

* Field sales position promoting a range of mobile crane hire &contract lifting

* Predominately for the modular build and roofing & cladding sector

* All of your time will be spent selling to construction companies, engineering firms, main contractors, sub-contractors and end users

* Turnover target will be to increase on £2.5m for the area

* Project sizes can vary from £1k-£1m

* Will be given hot leads from a long established and experienced team

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Crane Hire & Contract Lifting with:

* Must have construction field sales experience

* Ideally from a crane, contact lifting, plant hire, roofing / cladding, modular sector

* Would be open in terms of what service / products sold

* IT literate

* Full UK driving license

* Motivated, highly organised, team player
