Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for an HVAC Site Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company specialising in indoor air quality and energy efficiency solutions.

The role involves visiting client sites to assess existing HVAC systems, collect and analyse system data, and carry out on-site measurements using standard HVAC tools. You will support system optimisation and provide technical input to improve ventilation performance and energy efficiency.

The position also involves working closely with internal engineering and commercial teams to support solution design, customer engagement, and identify opportunities for service growth.

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

* 4–10 years’ HVAC/engineering experience

* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ventilation principles

* On-site experience with diagnostic tools

* Strong communication and stakeholder skills

* Willingness to travel
