Resourcing Assistant

Full time, Hybrid (2/3 days in the office)

A well-established professional services business is looking for a Resourcing Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive and people-focused who enjoys working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Previous resourcing, scheduling or coordination experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is a varied role requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating schedules, workloads, training and leave across teams
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Supporting planning and resource allocation to ensure projects run efficiently
Acting as a key point of contact for resourcing queries and updates
Managing and maintaining accurate data and reporting information
Helping identify and resolve scheduling clashes or resource challenges
Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to improve efficiencyThe successful candidate will have:

Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
The ability to prioritise effectively and work well under pressure
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
