Our client, a reputable main dealer group in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their dynamic aftersales team.
This role offers an excellent platform for an experienced automotive professional to develop their career within a well-established and supportive environment.

Basic salary of £33,000 with uncapped bonus potential, leading to an OTE of approximately £38,350

Greet customers and efficiently manage service bookings

Advise customers on repairs, maintenance, and service plans
Handle invoicing, administrative tasks, and follow-up calls
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and proceduresRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Confident in using computer systems and managing customer updates
