Are you a recent graduate with a passion for food, quality, and building a career in the food industry?

We're looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our Food Safety & Quality team as a Graduate Trainee Technical Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in a role that combines technical expertise with customer interaction, offering real exposure from day one.

You'll be joining a growing, forward-thinking business that's committed to developing future talent, with clear progression opportunities into Technical or Account Management roles.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the delivery of Food Safety & Quality standards across customer accounts
Building relationships with internal teams and major UK retailers
Assisting with customer meetings, product reviews, and technical discussions
Coordinating customer visits and audits, and following up on actions
Working alongside New Product Development on food safety aspects of new launches
Monitoring KPIs and supporting continuous improvement across site
Reviewing packaging artwork to ensure it meets legal and customer requirements
Maintaining product specifications and quality documentation
Carrying out product assessments to ensure standards are metWhat we're looking for:

A degree in Food Science, Science, or a related subject
A strong interest in food production, quality, or technical functions
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)What's in it for you:
