Pay: £12.71 per hour ⏰ Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 (Day Shift) Location: Dudley

You’ll be at the heart of our clients operation — producing high‑quality MDF Mouldings that our customers rely on. And because we believe great ideas come from everywhere, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to improvement projects that make our site even better.
What You’ll Be Doing
Putting safety first every single day and reporting anything that doesn’t look right.
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised — because great work starts with great housekeeping.
Carrying out quality checks to ISO standards to ensure our products meet the mark.
Working as part of a supportive line team to hit production targets and deliver top‑quality MDF Mouldings.
Following operating procedures and processes with care and consistency.
Keeping your supervisor updated on progress and any issues.
Playing an active role in helping the department achieve its goals.
Looking for ways to improve how we work — your ideas matter here.

Experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
A methodical, tidy, and organised approach to work.
The ability to work independently when needed.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
A commitment to Health & Safety.
