You will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing strategic brand plans to meet business objectives.
Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment.
Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Managing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners.
Monitoring brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.

The successful candidate should have:

Previous experience in the FMCG beauty industry, with Luxury experience being desirable
Trade/Shopper marketing experience
A strong understanding of market analysis and consumer behaviour.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
