Description

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.
Prepare and process HR correspondence such as contracts, offer letters, and other documentation.
Support the onboarding process by organising induction materials and scheduling sessions.
Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely manner.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration as required.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and workflows.Profile

A successful HR Admin should have:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
