Our client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Property Sales Consultant to join a growing and energetic team required for 3 days a week. Previous experience within the property or construction sector would be highly advantageous, particularly for candidates who understand the industry, local market, and client relationship management within these environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Handling enquiries and identifying sales opportunities
* Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion
* Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
* Achieving individual and team sales targets
* Keeping customer records and systems updated
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or sales
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Competent IT skills with the ability to use various sales tools and platforms
* General local knowledge of the area would be advantageous
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
* Well-presented with a professional, positive, and engaging attitude
* A driven, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual with a genuine desire to succeed
* Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
* A positive approach and willingness to learn and develop
