About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our growing warehouse operations team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day warehouse activities including goods receiving, picking, packing, stock management, quality checks, and dispatch operations while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries

* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Label, scan, and process shipments using warehouse systems

* Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory counts

* Store products safely and correctly within warehouse locations

* Perform quality checks on products before dispatch

* Operate warehouse equipment safely (PPT, pallet trucks, scanners, etc.)

* Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required

* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards

* Report damaged stock, shortages, or operational issues promptly

* Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily targets

* Follow all company procedures, warehouse SOPs, and UK health & safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

* Previous warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics experience preferred

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to lift and move goods safely

* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners

* Good communication skills in English

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Punctual, reliable, and responsible work ethic

* Right to work in the UK

Desirable

* Forklift PPT Licence / High Level Picking Device Licence

* Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

* Experience in ecommerce or retail fulfilment environments

Working Hours & Benefits

Schedule

* Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

* Includes lunch and scheduled rest breaks - No regular weekend working
