Contracts Manager

An established and growing main contractor is seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the South East.

Responsibilities

Managing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
Visiting sites regularly across the region with office attendance approximately twice per week
Leading project teams and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
Working closely with senior management to support continued growth of the business

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using construction planning software such as Asta
Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
Ideally based in Surrey or surrounding areas
