Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
£28,000 – £33,000 per annum + £3,000 – £4,000 annual commission

We are currently recruiting for a driven and proactive Telesales Executive to join a growing business specialising in industrial products, services, and maintenance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm client base while also developing new business across the North of England.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance) contracts, as well as a range of industrial products and services. This is a full 360 sales role where you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:

Proactively contacting a database of 400 large, up-to-date clients
Re-engaging and converting previous spending customers
Generating new business through cold calling and outreach
Selling maintenance contracts, services, and related solutions
Building relationships with clients across industrial sectors including:

Manufacturing
Warehousing & logistics
Retail & wholesale

Preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and drawings
Managing activity and pipeline through the CRM system
Reporting directly to the Managing Director
About You

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Requirements:

Proven B2B 360 sales experience
Strong communication and closing skills
Confident in cold calling and business development
Highly self-motivated and proactive
Desirable (but not essential):

Background in engineering, industrial, construction, or service-based industries
