Compliance Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading logistics organisation based at their Heathrow warehouse facility.

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support the business across regulatory compliance, audits, governance, customs processes, and risk management.

This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday in the London Heathrow area.

Key responsibilities of a Compliance Manager:

Managing internal and external compliance audits
Supporting customs clearance and MOU compliance processes
Assisting with Civil Aviation Authority compliance requirements
Developing and improving risk & compliance frameworks
Supporting Health & Safety initiatives across the business
Chairing risk committee meetings and providing compliance guidance
Liaising with regulatory bodies and key internal stakeholders

The Successful Candidate will have:

Previous Compliance Management experience
Customs clearance knowledge including MOU/BIRDS - essential
Strong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical and organisational skills
