Our client is a well-established interiors subcontractor delivering drylining, partitions and ceiling packages across high-rise residential and large-scale developments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects with Tier 1 main contractors.
The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of drylining packages from pre-start through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Managing multiple drylining projects across residential schemes
Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
Working closely with Tier 1 main contractors and client teams
Ensuring H&S compliance and site standards are maintained
Managing project budgets, variations and reporting progress
Attending site meetings and coordinating with design and commercial teams
Driving programme and resolving any on-site issuesRequirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within drylining / interiors
Track record working with Tier 1 residential main contractors
Strong understanding of partitions, ceilings and drylining systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-paced programmes
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
