Salary: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour (DOE)

An established engineering business in Coventry is currently seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to join their growing team. This company specialises in the manufacture and assembly of trenchless engineering equipment, supporting major infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of heavy-duty components and plant machinery, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

MIG welding on mild steel components
Fabrication of mechanical structures for plant machinery
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Use of hand tools and fabrication machinery
Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
Carrying out basic inspections and ensuring work meets requirementsRequirements

Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator
Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience advantageous)
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Experience working on heavy engineering, plant, or structural steel
Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Team player with a strong work ethicWhat's on Offer

Competitive hourly rate (£15-£20 depending on experience)
