We're looking for a Production Operator to join our clients' engineering team in Perth. This is a practical, hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working Monday to Thursday, 6:45am-4:00pm (35 hours/week).
What you'll do:
Operate and maintain a range of production machinery within the engineering department (full training provided)
Handle materials, carry out visual inspections, coiling, and movement of goods
Support daily production output while maintaining quality and safety standards
Assist engineering and maintenance teams with fault finding and repairs
Accurately complete all required paperwork and production recordsWhat we're looking for:
Positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or manual role (desirable)
Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety procedures
Good hand skills and confidence using tools and machinery
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Reliable, hardworking, and punctualBenefits:
