We’re working with a well-established business who are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a high-performing internal sales team. This role sits at the heart of the operation — focusing on performance, structure, and delivery across the full sales lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of negotiators Driving team performance through clear KPIs and accountability Embedding structure, consistency and best practice across the function Overseeing deal progression to ensure smooth transactions through to completion Managing compliance, due diligence and file quality Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development Identifying and implementing process improvements across the operation
