An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join my clients team in their New Mills offices on a hybrid basis.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work alongside the Managing Partner at my clients New Mills office to support the growing Private Client case load. Applicants need to have had at least 5 years’ experience in dealing with Private Client matters.
This will be a varied role including numerous tasks to ensure the smooth running of matters but some of the main duties will include
Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with the preparation of initial Client Onboarding
• Liaising with Clients and other Third Parties
• Dealing with all aspects of Client Matter Compliance
• Taking new instructions for Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Tax Returns, IHT Planning
• Will writing and creating Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Full Administration of Estates including the preparation of documents such as Deeds of Variation, Deed of Appointment, Appropriation and Renunciation
• Assisting on complex Probate cases such as foreign assets and Trusts
