Our client are a leading specialist sub-contractor within the construction sector. Their team delivers high-quality glazing solutions on a number projects across Scotland. We are looking for an organised Office Manager to keep our busy Edinburgh headquarters running smoothly.
The Role
You will manage daily office operations and support our commercial delivery teams. This hands-on role links our site teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
·Coordinate daily office administration and supplier compliance.
·Manage construction plant hire and material procurement logs.
·Process site timesheets and match subcontractor invoices.
·Maintain health and safety files alongside training registers.
·Greet office visitors and manage incoming digital correspondence.

What We Need
·Previous experience managing a busy office environment.
·Background in construction, engineering, or trades preferred.
·Strong proficiency in MS Office, Business Central and accounting software.
·Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
·Ability to organise shifting priorities under deadlines
