Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Building Services

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) to join our expanding team in South East London. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career within the building services industry, working on a range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced engineers and project teams, supporting the design and delivery of mechanical building services solutions from initial concept through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with mechanical building services design
* Supporting HVAC, ventilation, heating, and public health system designs
* Preparing technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
* Assisting with site surveys and inspections
* Supporting project coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants
* Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and industry standards
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
* Strong interest in mechanical building services
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit advantageous
* Basic understanding of UK building regulations desirable
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
