We are seeking a QC Team Leader to join our client’s dynamic laboratory team in Angus & Dundee, Scotland. The successful candidate will lead a team of analysts in the testing and validation of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability studies, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. You will support investigations, CAPA closures, and SOP updates while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This role demands technical expertise in analytical chemistry, chromatography systems, and pharmaceutical regulations, combined with leadership skills to develop and motivate your team effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field

Proven leadership and team development experience in QC or laboratory environments

Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical regulatory standards

Expertise in chromatography and analytical method development

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proficiency with laboratory systems, Microsoft Office, especially Excel
