Your Role
• Support young people with daily living activities
• Promote independence, wellbeing and personal development
• Assist with routines, education and activities
• Build positive and trusting relationships
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are always prioritised
• Work collaboratively within a supportive care team
About You
• Caring, patient and compassionate
• Experience in care, support work or youth work desirable
• Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
