Finance Manager

A service organisation based in north Bristol is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team.

This SME has recently experienced month on month record turnover and having recently moved to a larger and more modern office facility, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

* Managing and mentoring a team of three

* Produce monthly management accounts and report on month end

* Help the Operations and Managing Director’s help make strategic business decisions based upon financial performance

* Ensure a strong financial control environment

* Monitor and update systems and processes within the team

* Prepare year end accounts

* Process payroll

This role will suit someone who has previous experience or is keen to work within an SME environment, helping make day to day business decisions but also remaining heavily involved in the month end process
