Maintenance Plumber – Rutland

Permanent role | between £30,866 – £36,135 dependant on experience + 15% weekend allowance

We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a secure, single-site facilities team, working on a long‑term, stable contract supporting essential services.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll carry out a mix of planned and reactive plumbing work, helping to keep the site safe, compliant and fully operational. This includes:

* General plumbing repairs and maintenance

* Working on mains water systems

* Fault‑finding and repairing equipment

* Inspections, water sampling and basic risk assessments

* Identifying and reporting life‑expired equipment

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from practical, hands‑on plumbers who can work safely and confidently in a structured environment:

* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

* Experience in plumbing maintenance

* Full UK driving licence

* Comfortable working in a commercial or similar environment

* 1 in 3 weekends, paid with a 15% allowance on basic salary
