Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Bath who are looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect to take a lead role across all RIBA stages, contributing to the successful delivery of projects within a collaborative studio that offers flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
• Develop and manage design proposals from concept through to construction
• Produce and oversee drawing packages using Revit, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Prepare and manage planning, building regulations, and tender information
• Coordinate with consultants and lead project team discussions
• Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and resolve design and technical issues

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

• ARB registered Architect with experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable
• Proficiency in Revit (ArchiCAD experience beneficial)
• Strong design, technical, and project running capabilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
