Finance Analyst

We’re supporting a business in Dunstable seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to strengthen financial planning and analysis capabilities during a key growth phase.

This role will suit a commercially focused finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

* Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes

* Deliver detailed financial analysis and performance reporting

* Develop financial models and scenario analysis

* Support strategic decision-making across the business

* Partner with operational and commercial teams

* Improve FP&A processes, reporting and controls

* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

* Previous FP&A or commercial finance experience

* Strong modelling and analytical capability

* Advanced Excel skills

* Ability to influence senior stakeholders

* Experience working in fast-paced environments

* £450–500 per day depending on experience

* Dunstable-based role

* Interim / contract assignment
