Technical Admin Team Leader (12 -18-month contract term)

Health & Wellbeing ProgramRole & Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage team performance by setting clear objectives and challenging goals, while mentoring and developing both direct and indirect reports.
Ensure the team operates in line with regional and company objectives.
Manage appraisals, Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and training activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure all information within the NAV/Keylink systems is accurately maintained and that system functionality operates efficiently.
Support Technical Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors with reporting, analysis, and project work as required.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring all quotations are completed and returned within agreed timescales.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
