Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding new clients, predominantly SME businesses. You'll play a key role in driving growth by building strong client relationships and delivering bespoke finance solutions. Your duties will include:

Proactively sourcing and engaging SME business clients
*
Conducting outbound calls, emails, and networking to build a solid pipeline
*
Understanding client needs and identifying the most appropriate finance solutions
*
Working closely with internal brokers and funding partners to structure deals
*
Preparing finance proposals and presenting options to clients
*
Managing the sales process from initial contact through to deal completion
What are we looking for?
*
Minimum of 1 years' sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment
*
Proven ability to build and manage a strong route to market
*
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling
*
Full UK driving licence (essential for future field-based responsibilities)
*
Must be based within a commutable distance of Leeds
