Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher
Location: Wakefield / Pontefract
Start Date: ASAP
The Supply Register are pleased to be working in partnership with L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, supporting their schools with short-, medium- and long-term staffing needs.
We are currently recruiting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across primary schools in the Wakefield and Pontefract areas. Applications are welcome from ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality primary education.
The Role
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Use a range of teaching strategies to support pupil progress
Assess, mark and provide feedback in line with school policies
Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in CPD
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Good understanding of safeguarding
High expectations of pupils and yourself
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
