Responsibilities
Supporting student welfare and pastoral teams
Managing front desk and visitor procedures
Liaising with parents regarding attendance and behaviour matters
Recording information using ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM
Supporting safeguarding and welfare processes
Assisting with pupil sign-in and late procedures
Maintaining confidential student records
Providing administrative support across departments
Candidate Profile
Previous experience within a school environment
SEN or pastoral experience desirable
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Experience using school MIS systems
Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
Important Information
Immediate starters preferred
No training available
Enhanced DBS required prior to placement
