My client is searching for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Kingston upon Thames.

If you are a Family Lawyer with at least 1 years PQE looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families, my client would be delighted to hear from you.

Overview:

As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload along with providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to matrimonial and finance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families facing legal challenges.

Skills:

• 1+ years of PQE
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' interests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and other professionals
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
