Warehouse Team Leader (3 Shifts)

The Company
Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader.
The Role
* Will be working 3 shifts the salary advertised is for this rotation over time is additional.
* You will lead the warehouse team to deliver an efficient warehouse operation in line with company policy.
* The role requires both strong leadership and a hands-on approach; in addition to supervising the team, you will also work alongside them in day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure performance, productivity and standards are consistently achieved.
* Manage the warehouse space to receive, replenish, pick, and dispatch products in line with the agreed timeframe.
* Manage team of Warehouse Operatives.
The Person
* Must have previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader .
* FLT licence (counterbalance).
* Understanding of warehouse operations including goods in, storage, stock control, picking and dispatch.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* Good communication skill.
* Have good interpersonal skills.
