A specialist maintenance contractor based in Liverpool is looking to appoint an Estimator to support a growing pipeline of social housing and planned maintenance works across the region.

This opportunity would suit an intermediate-level Estimator with up to five years’ experience who is looking to develop within a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment, planned works, and responsive maintenance projects.

The business operates across social housing, planned and preventative maintenance, refurbishment, and decarbonisation works, with a strong reputation for long-term client relationships and consistent project delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents

* Pricing planned maintenance and refurbishment works

* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations

* Supporting bid submissions and commercial handovers

* Working closely with operational and commercial teams

* Assisting with cost analysis and value engineering exercises

Salary & Package

* Salary up to £55,000 plus package depending on experience
