• Ensure strong communication between all stakeholders throughout delivery

What we’re looking for in a Project Manager:

• Previous experience managing projects within steel fabrication, construction, warehouse fit-outs, or a similar industry

• Strong understanding of structural steelwork and installation processes

• Ability to read and interpret engineering or design drawings

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Proactive, confident, and capable of making decisions independently

• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Lutterworth

The Benefits:

• Competitive salary £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

• Performance-related bonus

• 21 days holiday + bank holidays

• Pension

• Early start/finish: 6:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Clear opportunity to progress as the business continues to grow

• Opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and influence business operations

How to Apply:

If you have experience delivering projects within steelwork, construction, or industrial environments and are looking for an opportunity to play a key role in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
