Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on prestigious, design-led residential projects? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing and highly respected construction business delivering exceptional high-end homes and bespoke developments across the region.
Working within a collaborative and ambitious team, you’ll play a key role in the commercial success of multiple quality-focused projects — from procurement through to final account — while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring effective cost control and successful project delivery throughout all stages of construction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Procurement and subcontractor management
* Preparing and managing CVRs
* Valuations and cost reporting
* Managing variations and change control
* Supporting project delivery teams on commercial matters
* Final accounts and financial reconciliation
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
About You
We are seeking a commercially astute and proactive Quantity Surveyor with:
* Strong Quantity Surveying experience within construction
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Experience managing CVRs, valuations, cost reporting, subcontract packages, and variations
* A hands-on and solutions-focused approach
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience within residential or high-specification projects is highly desirable
Location
Based near Oxford, with regular site visits required across active projects.
