Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of year‑end accounts, management accounts and financial reports for a broad and varied client portfolio
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and supporting clients with day‑to‑day queries
Preparation of corporate and business tax computations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Ensuring full compliance with current accounting standards, regulatory requirements and best practice
Reviewing and advising on internal processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and overall service delivery
Liaising with HMRC, third‑party stakeholders, senior management and colleagues across the wider practice to support smooth workflow and high‑quality serviceExperience:

Experience within an accountancy practice (essential)
Strong technical understanding of accounting principles and standards
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality client service
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively
Collaborative team player with a commitment to maintaining excellent client relationships
